Yum, Yum, Yum. Makes me love Falafel, again. This is the best I have had since Zakia deli which I still love, but this is great. Not only did it make me love falafel, but it made me love cheese curds normally I can take them or leave them and usually leave them after one, but these were great. They were a special so they may not always have them, but if they do order them. Of course, I do not think you could go wrong with anything your order here. I actually ordered the chicken gyro which normally is a snooze, but not this one, it was tasty in a good way and something I would order again.
Foxy Falafel is one great place. Here's an example of a food truck that opened a bricks and mortar establishment, and for good reason. They are good, really good. I had the Stoplight, which was a combination of the Foxy Falafel (traditional falafel), curry falafel, and beet falafel. Each of them was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I would be happy to go back for any of them.
On the Saturday night we visited, the small place filled up fast and there was additional take out traffic. The owner (or one of the owners) was talking to a group next to us, and she was very optimistic that the central corridor light rail line will be good for business when it opens. At a minimum, it should bring more traffic from the U of M. If you visit, there is enough street parking available that you should not have to walk far.
