Hard to explain this place. It was very busy with both people wanting to stay and eat and take out. They
moved tables very fast, so even though there a few people waiting for tables we did not wait long. |
A hustle and bustle little restaurant in St. Paul, The Little Oven is a popular spot.
The ambiance is nothing spectacular, just a small restaurant, noisy with many booths.
I had the baked mostacolli, which was fine at $6.99. At that price, with bread and salad included,
the restaurant is sure to create a following. The prices also explain their procedures - they
do not take credit cards and they are quick to turn tables. In short, don't expect a laid-back
romantic evening out at The Little Oven.
